Owner / seller side

  • Title Deed (Mulkiya / Oqood)
    Proof of ownership issued by the land department.
  • Passport & Emirates ID
    Identification for the registered owner.
  • Listing Agreement (Form A)
    The terms under which VAMAR markets your property.
  • Service Charges & NOC
    No Objection Certificate from the developer, plus settled service charges.

Buyer / investor side

  • Passport & Emirates ID
    Identification for transaction registration.
  • Mortgage Pre-Approval
    From a UAE bank if you're financing the purchase.
  • Proof of Funds
    Evidence you can complete the purchase.
  • Buyer Agreement (Form B)
    Authorises VAMAR to represent you as the buyer.

Tenant & landlord

  • Tenancy Contract
    The signed lease between landlord and tenant.
  • Ejari Registration
    Official registration of the tenancy in Dubai.
  • Security Deposit Receipt
    Typically 5% of annual rent for unfurnished homes.
  • DEWA & Cooling Setup
    Utilities and district cooling activated in the tenant's name.

Closing & transfer

  • Memorandum of Understanding (Form F)
    The signed sale agreement; deposit usually 10%.
  • Manager's Cheques
    Cleared funds prepared for transfer day.
  • DLD Transfer Appointment
    Title transferred at the Dubai Land Department or trustee office.
  • New Title Deed
    Issued in the buyer's name on the day of transfer.
